OnCare is priced significantly less than traditional office visits and is one of the most competitively priced employer solutions in the Upper Midwest market today. You pay a low per employee, per month (PEPM) fee to provide unlimited use of the OnCare platform to covered members. Medical visits are provided at no cost to members and no claims are filed. Care utilization is shifted from urgent care and primary care, resulting in a direct savings to your organization.
Adherence to nationally established clinical guidelines
OnCare only treats patients when it is medically safe and meets Fairview’s high clinical quality standards. OnCare is staffed by active Fairview urgent and primary care providers who deliver consistently high-quality care that use the same nationally established clinical guidelines that would be followed in a brick-and-mortar clinic. To support the continuity of care, OnCare creates an electronic medical record, regardless of if the employee was a previous Fairview patient.

How it works
Your employees log in to your custom OnCare.org website from any computer or smartphone and share their symptoms by answering a series of questions. Input takes just minutes. They receive a treatment plan within an hour from a trusted Fairview provider. If a prescription is needed, it is sent to the pharmacy of their choice. Convenient and cost-effective OnCare is available 24-hours-a-day, every day, including holidays.
